Network and infrastructure
Known partners.
Separate environments.
Two operational commitments underpin the work: we know who our partners are and how they generate traffic, and each campaign runs in its own environment so measurement and accountability stay clean.
Partner network
Recruited deliberately, vetted before activation.
Selected against the brief
Partners are approached because their audience matches the proposition, not because they can supply volume.
Traffic sources disclosed
We require partners to tell us how they generate traffic, including any sub-affiliates. Undisclosed chains are grounds for refusal.
Promotional methods reviewed
We look at the actual creative and claims before activation, and monitor afterwards.
Removal when terms are breached
Partners who misrepresent the proposition or breach permission standards are removed. This is enforced, not aspirational.
Campaign infrastructure
Dedicated environments per campaign.
Campaigns run on their own subdomains so creative, routing, permission capture and reporting are separated.
| Area | Standard applied |
|---|---|
| Advertiser identity | The responsible advertiser is disclosed on the campaign |
| Transport security | Served over HTTPS with a valid certificate for the exact hostname |
| Privacy information | A privacy notice reachable from every page, naming the actual controller |
| Consent wording | Captured with its version, so the exact text shown can be reproduced |
| Withdrawal | An unsubscribe route in every message, honoured across all campaigns |
| Suppression | Applied continuously from the shared do-not-contact record |
| Measurement | Tracking configured before launch, reconciled to the agreed model |
Why separate environments
Clean measurement, contained change.
Keeping campaigns apart means traffic and conversion data for one are not entangled with another, a creative or routing change affects one campaign rather than a shared estate, and the permission record for each campaign identifies exactly what was shown.
It also means accountability is legible: any campaign can be traced to the responsible advertiser and the wording used.
